Scope: Proud to be a part of the development team for Australia’s most exciting retail and entertainment precinct. This new area is the jewel in the crown of Melbourne Docklands’ $8 billion re-development. Attractions include: Southern hemisphere’s highest 120-metre observation wheel. Among other responsibilities, Imagine That is designing and installing the latest Pixel-mapped LED technology and control systems for use on the wheel. It will be the largest installation of this lighting technology in the world. ITDP is consulting on many other areas, including Victoria showcase centre Aboriginal Theater, LED Video displays, the Nightly special effects and laser light show, the Waterfront Piazza. Imagine That is also negotiating with several world-famous museums to provide exhibits and displays for the proposed Museum Facility located within the development. Opens Early 2006.
